the subject of the appointment of Her Majesty's Mr. S. J. Sower as Consul for Italy at Hong Kong

directed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to request you to acquaint the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs that he is aware of no objection to the recognition of that Gentleman in that capacity, and that the Executors may be so informed.
